Miloš Kostić, Ph.D. (1990) is an architect and researcher working across architectural design, spatial practice, and visual media. He holds a PhD from the Faculty of Architecture, University of Belgrade, where he worked as a teaching assistant and researcher from 2016 to 2022. His work combines architectural practice, research, and media-based investigations through independent and collaborative projects, exhibitions, and interdisciplinary initiatives across Serbia and Germany.

His research focuses on the transformative potential of urban environments through media-based research methodologies, with particular interest in modernist and post-war heritage, tectonic culture, and critical spatial analysis. He explores the relationship between architecture, representation, and contemporary urban conditions, developing a practice positioned between architectural research and critical visual inquiry.

His work has been recognized in the fields of education, photography, visual research, and architectural design. His awards include the HERSUS Award for Innovative Educators (2023), distinctions for the CHALLENGES OF COVID-19 Workshop (2020) and the Arsenal – Industrial Heritage media project (2022), First Prize at the Tirana Forum for architectural photography (2019), and a Special Recognition at the Belgrade Salon of Architecture (2023). In architectural design, he has received multiple awards, including recognitions for the Budva Horizon promenade (2023) and the Conference Center in Trebinje (2024), as well as earlier First Prizes for public space projects in Novi Sad and Kragujevac (2018). His photographic project Klimaparallelen was exhibited in Munich in 2024. Since 2022, he has been based in Munich, continuing his professional, artistic, and research practice. He is also one of the founders of _petougao_, a collective focused on spatial practice and interdisciplinary research across the Balkans.
